Schematic overview
AC motor 1,5 A | temperature control
Solution description
Temperature based fan speed control for single-phase motors. The maximum motor current is 1,5 A. Typically, it controls an extraction fan to keep the ambient temperature below the setpoint level. Once the measured temperature goes beyond the desired temperature setpoint, the fan accelerates towards full speed until the measured temperature falls below the setpoint. The fan will then return to low speed. Both optimal motor speeds can be selected. The IMRT thermostat will activate the high speed in case the temperature setpoint is exceeded. The TK monitoring function deactivates the motor in case of overheating. The fan will automatically restart after a power faillure.
