This is the advanced DIGWM Gateway - a solution for seamlessly connecting your Sentera devices to the SenteraWeb online HVAC platform. With our gateway, you can effortlessly make use of the full potential of your HVAC system, enabling remote monitoring, precise control and data logging capabilities.
Connectivity is achieved through our Wi-Fi network integration, eliminating tangled cables and complex installations. The Sentera Gateway effortlessly links your Sentera devices to the SenteraWeb platform, allowing you to monitor and manage your HVAC system from any location with internet access.
Thanks to the DIN rail mounted enclosure, the DIGWM is installed easily into an electrical cabinet and integrates into your existing setup.
The Sentera Gateway operates on a reliable 24 VDC PoM supply voltage. This power solution ensures both Modbus RTU communication and the 24 VDC power supply are conveniently connected via an RJ45 connector.

Wireless Connectivity
The DIGWM is equipped with wireless capabilities and is designed to make a wireless connection with an existing WiFi network. This allows communication with Sentera's cloud-based platform.
Modbus RTU
The unit is equipped with two Modbus RTU channels:
Master channel: This channel is used to communicate with the connected slave devices. In Modbus communication, the master device typically controls and collects data from slave devices.
Slave channel: The slave channel is used to make the unit accessible for a master controller or a Building Management System (BMS). In this context, the DIGWM can act as a slave device that responds to commands and requests from a higher-level controller or system.
SenteraWeb integration
The DIGWM is designed to work seamlessly with SenteraWeb, which is the web-based platform provided by Sentera for monitoring and configuring. Users can access and manage their Sentera devices through SenteraWeb, thanks to the connectivity provided by the DIGWM, they can also add configurators and other users, so that more than one persons can adjust and/or monitor the HVAC system because monitoring indoor air quality is essential for ensuring a healthy and comfortable living or working environment.
How to monitor indoor air quality using an internet gateway and SenteraWeb
1. Set up the Internet gateway
Ensure that your internet gateway is properly installed and connected to your local Wi-Fi network.
2. Connect HVAC products
Connect your HVAC devices to the internet gateway.
3. Access SenteraWeb
Through a web browser on your computer or mobile device, go to the SenteraWeb platform. You need to create an account or log in, if you have already signed up.
4. Add your HVAC units
Follow the instructions to add your HVAC products to your SenteraWeb account. You need to provide the unique serial number of the devices, which can be found on every Sentera product. Once your HVAC devices are connected to SenteraWeb, you can remotely monitor their status and indoor air quality data. This may include parameters such as temperature, humidity and more, depending on the capabilities of your HVAC system and sensors.
5. Adjust settings
SenteraWeb also allows you to adjust settings for your HVAC devices remotely. You can set desired temperature levels, fan speeds, humidity levels, and other parameters to optimize indoor comfort and air quality.
6. Data logging and analysis
SenteraWeb provides data logging capabilities, allowing you to record historical indoor air quality data. This data can be useful for tracking trends, identifying issues, and making informed adjustments to improve indoor air quality over time.
7. Set alerts
SenteraWeb offers the option to set up alerts. You can configure alerts to notify you when specific air quality parameters go outside acceptable ranges (you can receive the notifications via e-mail or SMS). This helps you address air quality issues promptly.
8. Regularly check and maintain
Regularly check the SenteraWeb platform to ensure everything is functioning correctly. If you notice any issues or abnormalities in the air quality data, take appropriate actions, such as adjusting settings or contacting HVAC professionals for maintenance.
9. Learn
Familiarize yourself with the specific features and capabilities of SenteraWeb and your connected HVAC devices. This knowledge will empower you to make informed decisions about your indoor air quality.
