REACH & SVHC Compliance Declaration

• the requirements of the European Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
• the recent update on 21 January 2025 of the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)
• the specific restrictions Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) are subjected to under REACH

The SVHC Candidate List actually comprises 247 substances.

The products of Sentera Europa NV do not contain any of these substances above the concentration limit of 0.1 %, nor do they contain any substances subject to authorization or restriction under REACH.
