Solution description

Variable speed control for AC fans with single-phase motor. The maximum motor current is 3 A. Fan speed controller and potentiometer require 230 V power supply. Via the external potentiometer, the motor speed can be set (at zero position, the motor stops). The LED on the potentiometer lights up when the motor is enabled. The fan speed controller can be installed on a DIN rail. Cable length between potentiometer and fan speed controller should remain limited to avoid disturbances of the 0-10 V signal.

Description

MVS-1-30CDM

1 U.

The advanced MVS-1-30CDM speed controller is designed for precise control of 230 V single-phase motors. Its maximum rated current is 3 A. The controller is equipped with Modbus RTU communication, it offers remote control options, adjustable off level, and time-limited motor operation. With an invertible analog input signal (0-10 VDC or 0-20 mA) and features like kick start, soft start, and multiple operating modes, the MVS series ensures reliable and expert motor speed control.

LTV-1-010-NA

Control your ventilation with our LTV Potentiometer, a straight forward 0-10 V device designed for optimal control of EC fan speed, AC fan speed controllers or valve actuators. This potentiometer empowers you to fine-tune your ventilation system effortlessly, ensuring a comfortable and controlled environment. Operating at a supply voltage of 230 VAC, the LTV potentiometer delivers a variable output signal ranging from 0 to 10 VDC, easily adjustable via its user-friendly rotary knob. This knob features a distinctive off-position, ensuring a seamless transition to zero output in a simple turn. The splash-proof enclosure further enhances its adaptability, allowing for both inset mounting (IP44) and surface mounting (IP54), making it a reliable choice for diverse installation needs. Experience clarity in control with the integrated green LED indicator, providing a visual cue when the output value surpasses 0 V. The LED comes to life as the rotary knob is turned clockwise, signaling an active state away from the off-position. Conversely, in the off-position, the green LED deactivates, maintaining a clear visual representation of the system's status.
