Solution description

Variable speed control for AC fans with single-phase motor. The maximum motor current is 10 A. AC fan speed can be selected via the external potentiometer. At zero position, the motor stops. The TK monitoring function disables the motor in case of overheating. It is advisable to limit cable length between potentiometer and fan speed controller. The supply voltage is 230 VAC.

Description

EVSS1100-DM

1 U.

Explore the EVSS1100-DM electronic speed controller, an advanced solution for automatic speed control of single-phase voltage-controllable motors (230 VAC / 50—60 Hz). Equipped with Modbus RTU (RS485) communication, alarm relay output, and thermal contacts for motor overheating protection. With a maximum current of 10 A, the EVSS1 controllers offer remote control options, adjustable off level, and min. and max. output voltage settings. The TK monitoring function deactivates the motor in case of overheating, ensuring reliable protection. The integrated ON-OFF switch, kick start, soft start and digital input enable versatile motor control, while internal trimmers allow precise adjustments. Trust the EVSS100-DM for expert motor speed control with extensive safety features

MTV-1-010-NA

1 U.

The MTV-1-010-NA potentiometer is a practical device designed to generate a continuous variable signal for the remote control of various HVAC equipment. This straightforward potentiometer plays a crucial role in regulating EC fans, damper actuators, AC fan speed controllers (EVS or MVS series), or frequency inverters (FI-E series). Operated with a 230 VAC supply voltage, the MTV-1-010-NA provides a reliable output voltage range of 0-10 VDC. Its primary function is to offer precise control, allowing you to adjust the control signal according to the position of the rotary knob. This makes it a valuable component in scenarios where remote control of HVAC equipment is essential. A notable feature of the MTV-1-010-NA is its intentional lack of an OFF position. In situations where maintaining a minimum air supply is technically or legally required, this potentiometer ensures that the control signal never reaches 0 V. Even when the rotary knob is turned to the minimum position (counterclockwise), the control signal remains at the minimum value, approaching 0 VDC. In combination with speed controllers with analog input, this unique characteristic addresses specific applications where continuous operation is necessary. The MTV is suitable for both inset mounting (IP44) and surface mounting (IP54), providing installation flexibility to meet your specific requirements.
