Solution description

Remote control for AC fans with 400 VAC motor. The maximum motor current is 1,5 A. AC fan speed can be selected in 2 - 5 steps via the digital potentiometer with display and key-button interface. The TK monitoring function disables the motor in case of overheating. We advise to limit the cable lenght between potentiometer and fan speed controller.

Description

STVS4-15L40

This transformer controller has an analogue input ranging from 0 to 10 V. It controls three-phase 400 volt motors. The maximum motor current (combined) is 1,5 A. The motor voltage is reduced in five steps to manage the speed using autotransformer technology. An analogue control signal (0-10 V) or an external potentiometer is used to pick one of these five levels. A precise sinusoidal output voltage ensures silent motor running. If the TK monitoring feature detects overheating, it shuts the motor. Surface mounting is possible with the IP54 enclosure. The power source voltage is 400 VAC.
