Room temperature and humidity controller with a single output. The supply voltage is 24 V DC. It measures temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light level. The dew point is calculated using temperature and humidity measurements. The sensor algorithm controls the single analogue output based on the measured values. This single output can be used to control an EC fan, an AC fan speed controller, or a damper actuator directly.
The default output type is 0-10 V but different output types are available. Additionally, the light intensity of the LEDs for status indication is adjustable. Modbus RTU provides access to all measurements as well as the output value. In many applications, the ambient light sensor can be used to control the ventilation system based on the occupancy of the room. Modbus RTU allows you to change all of the settings.

The temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light are all measured by this HVAC controller. The temperature is indicated visually by the green, yellow, and red LEDs. The green LED indicates that the temperature is within normal ranges. The yellow LED illuminates when the temperature reaches the alert level. The colour red represents extreme temperatures. The LEDs can also display relative humidity. Modbus RTU communication provides access to the measured temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light level.
What can be done to avoid condensation?
The output of this sensor can directly control a damper actuator, an AC fan speed controller, or an EC fan. The output value varies in proportion to the measured temperature and relative humidity. For example, if relative humidity rises, the sensor may increase the fan speed or open the damper.
Easy connection
The cage clamp terminal blocks simplify installation and reduce wiring. They provide a reliable contact for solid or stranded wires and eliminate the need for routine maintenance. The supply voltage is 24 V DC. There is no internal connection between the ground terminals on the power supply (V-) and the output (GND). This means the sensor must be connected with a 4-wire cable. The majority of 24 V DC power supplies have overload, overvoltage, and short circuit protection. By including a 24 V DC supply voltage in your installation, you can improve its safety and dependability.
Easy to use
This sensor requires very little configuration. It is almost directly usable once it has been installed. Temperature and relative humidity are often region- and seasonal-specific. These parameters are still adjusted to the appropriate values during installation. The other default settings will be suitable for most applications. However, they can also be adjusted via the respective Modbus registers if necessary. A different output type, for example, can be selected to make it compatible with other devices: 0-10 VDC; 0-20 mA; 0-100% PWM; Modbus RTU. The light levels of the LEDs used for status indication are also adjustable. The Modbus register map provides an exhaustive list of all programmable settings.
