Temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light level are all measured by this room sensor. The unique enclosure allows for either flush or surface mounting. The supply voltage ranges from 85 to 264 V AC. Based on the measured values, the sensor algorithm controls the single analogue output. This single output can control an EC fan, an AC fan speed controller, or a damper actuator directly.
The output type can be chosen. Modbus RTU provides access to all measurements and the output value. The ambient light sensor can be used in many applications to control the ventilation system based on the occupancy of the room. Modbus RTU can be used to change all of the settings. The light intensity of the LEDs used for status indication can also be adjusted.
This HVAC sensor is frequently used to regulate humidity and temperature in data centers, museums, libraries, wine cellars, etc.

Is the temperature OK?
The temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light level are all measured by this HVAC transmitter. The green, yellow, and red LED provide a distinct visual indication of the temperature. The green LED shows that the temperature is within the acceptable limits. The yellow LED turns on when the temperature reaches the alert range. Red indicates extreme temperatures. The LEDs can also be used to visualise relative humidity. Through Modbus RTU communication, the measured temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light level are available.

Temperature and relative humidity are maintained within their ranges through proportional regulation of the sensor output value. Surface mounting versus flush mounting
The sensor enclosure provides IP30 protection from the entry of moisture and dust. It can be integrated into a typical European wall mounting box or mounted on the wall. When the sensor is flush mounted, only the front plate will be visible on the wall.
Easy to use
There is very little configuration necessary for this sensor. It can almost directly be used once it has been installed. Temperature and relative humidity are frequently region- and season-dependent. During installation, these parameters are still set to the correct values. The other default settings will most likely be adequate for most applications. They can, however, be adjusted via the respective Modbus registers if necessary. To make it compatible with other devices, you can choose a different output type, for example: Modbus RTU; 0-10 VDC; 0-20 mA; 0-100% PWM. The brightness of the LEDs used for status indication can also be adjusted. The Modbus register map contains a comprehensive list of all programmable settings.
