How to restore the connection with my Senteraweb installation?
In some cases , your Sentera installation can get disconnected from SenteraWeb. This can occur if the modem (access point) has been replaced or restarted.
To restore the communication between your HVAC installation and SenteraWeb, click Restore communication.
To restore the communication between your HVAC installation and SenteraWeb, click Restore communication.
Select your installation in the My Installations menu and then click Installation details. Check if all devices are connected.
Select each device with which communication needs to be restored and click Restore communication in the Devices menu.
Please note that the Restore communication process needs to be repeated for each device individually.
