How can I claim warranty?

 
Sentera products come with two years warranty from the delivery date against defects in manufacturing. Any modifications or alterations to the product relieve the manufacturer of any responsibilities.
  
In the unlikely case that your high quality Sentera product is broken, or in case it does not meet your expectations, you can claim warranty:
 
2. Click Submit a claim - the following menu will appear:

3. Select one of the categories in the Products column.
Attach one or multiple files to your claim, such as the invoice and pictures of the product in use.

4. Click submit to send your claim to Sentera.
    Sentera will investigate your request and contact you via email within one week.
