How can I cancel my order?
A private person or non-HVAC professional must pay for the order before it is delivered. Once paid, the order cannot be cancelled.
HVAC professionals can cancel their order without additional costs up to two days after the date stated on our order confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order after this date, a cancellation fee will be charged.

The minimum cancellation fee is 50 EUR. Depending on the status of the order process, extra cancellation costs may be charged.
