We are looking for an Inside sales engineer to strengthen our sales team. The main task consists of advising customers via email, digital media, telephone or video call and keeping the product specifications on the website up to date. We inform our existing and potential customers about new products and solutions via the website and newsletters. Advising customers is part of the daily routine.
 
Application knowledge about ventilation
Our customers experience our products and solutions as innovative and user-friendly. The ease of use of our products stems from our application knowledge. By listening to our customers we know their concerns. We use this feedback to improve our products and solutions and thus gain the trust of our customers.

Develop new business
You are the contact person for our Dutch-speaking customers. Most customer contacts take place via email or video conference. You are able to provide the customer with professional advice, propose the best solution for the customer's application and answer their technical questions. Your knowledge of the HVAC market allows you to engage new potential customers and convert them into customers. The combination of business development and writing content for the website guarantees an interesting, varied job.
 
Profile
We are looking for someone with thorough knowledge of the Dutch and English language as well as commercial experience.
Technical affinity and knowledge of the HVAC sector is a plus.

Job-related competences
  • Receiving telephone calls
  • Informing customers (order follow-up, information, etc.)
  • Technical and commercial analysis of customer requests (lead time, product availability, cost, etc.)
  • Monitoring the company's Internet site (commercial information, etc.)
