For our office in Bulgaria we are currently looking for a responsible and motivated person to take the position of an administrative, commercial, all-round front office administrative assistant.
 
 Your role:
 
 Administrative support: handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide a reliable and continuous administrative support to the departments;
 Customer interaction: assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, e-mail, and our website;
 Sales coordination: collaborate with our sales team to process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records;
 Website management: contribute to our online presence by updating content, ensuring product information accuracy, and optimizing user experience;
 Problem-solving: address customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving for excellent service;
 As an all-round performer take part in the organisation and participation of different company events, manage and follow up the activities in the office.
 
 Your profile:
 
 University degree in Economics/Business administration or other suitable for the position;
 Excellent knowledge of English and PC literacy;
 Flexible, initiative, friendly, responsible, with good organizational skills;
 Able to deal with confidential issues;
 Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers;
 Organizational skills: detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
 Team player: willing to collaborate and contribute to our positive work environment.
